Insomnia Cookies
The Insomnia Cookies' truck stakes out its spot in front of South Quad to capitalize on a bunch of teenagers attending camp.
For those who aren't familiar with Insomnia Cookies, they are a company popping up on many college campuses across the country. They combine mushy cookies with late night impulsive cravings, parking on busy street corners until the early hours of the morning selling cookies to kids walking home from parties. The best part is that they are only a dollar a cookie, and they will even deliver.
